“Protocol I of the Geneva Conventions prohibits attacks on works or installations containing "dangerous forces" specifically including dams, dykes, and nuclear generating stations when the attack "may cause the release of dangerous forces and consequent severe losses among the civilian population."

These attacks on fuel storage facilities in a city of 10+ million people amounts to nothing less than INTENTIONAL CHEMICAL WARFARE against Iranian citizens.- The Resistance
