Manitoba government appeals order to review decision cancelling Churchill firm's tundra vehicle permits
The Manitoba government has appealed a judge’s decision ordering Natural Resources Minister Ian Bushie to reconsider granting permits to a company that is no longer to offer polar bear tours in large tundra vehicles east of Churchill.
