@getajobmike my partner is Dutch and as you probably know there's a big Indonesian influence in their cuisine. Sometimes she makes nasi goreng which i think sambal goes into. I'm wondering what other (easy!) dishes you use sambal in. I'm keen to experiment :)
@psdavey I'm not a cook at all. I throw it in almost anything with rice, especially burritos and fried rice.
