“Papers please”, Norwegian edition:
the national app for online authentication (used by banks, public services, …) will soon require you to scan your passport or ID card to “verify your identity” presumably periodically, pointing at “EU requirements”.
Didn’t find any info on what they actually do with the scan on the server-side.
