HolgerSaw a pheasant in our allotment yesterday, was pretty shocking when it flew away. The allotment borders Armstrong Park. Never saw a pheasant so close to town. #newcastle #newcastleupontyne
Christian Lawson-Perfect@vegemitepumpkin a pheasant has been making noise round here in Whitley Bay lately. We normally see them further along the waggonway but not down here in the housing estates. Shooting season must have started.
@christianp oh interesting, I didn't expect them to be so close regularly. Not sure where the next shooting estate is but I guess it's closer than I think.
