Most of it was designed, the people who designed the stupidity have their eyes on your community next. They just attacked the US’s agency first because the US has/had the most money. Capital is a swarm of locusts who will ravage the lands and will ignore borders.

Learn everything you can about how it happens so that you can be somewhat on guard against it, but it will probably do no good. This monster doesn’t die until there’s nothing left to feed on.
