Some organs extend the piano range:

This one goes down to C-1.

There are no stupid questions but we can still make the question more smart and precise. The range would be measured in octaves (ie frequency doublings) and 88 12-EDO steps is 7 1/3 octaves. If you were to go by number of pitches, then inherently microtonal instruments like the guitar, trombone and kazoo have an effectively infinite number of playable pitches within their limited range.
Same with any continuous instrument. The violin family, fretless basses and guitars, trombones, the human voice, theremins, the Haken Continuum, etc.

Most electric guitars have 24 frets

With 6 strings, we get 144 frets, up to 192 on an 8-string.

Doesn’t work like that though. Many notes are the same.

E.g. standard tuning 5th fret on the low E(1st string) is the same as open A (2nd string)

Works for the other strings as well, so it’s more like 24 + 5 * 5 ? Or something along the lines, haven’t thought it through…

Ah, yeah, good point. I failed to consider same notes in the same octave.
You can tune the low string extra low, the high string extra high, and you can bend the fuck out of the highest note, to get maybe an extra octave
I know next to nothing about musical instruments but I will volunteer a guess: a harp?
