Time change!

For me that means getting up an hour earlier and also being anxious about missing the alarm, so actually waking up two hours earlier doh!

@lifewithtrees Have you tried sleeping fitfully and waking yourself up every 30 minutes or so all night until dawn?
@quietmarc not yet, but perhaps in the fall or next spring! Can we do like BC yet??
@lifewithtrees For me, I wish we would accept the simple reality of the seasons, that it gets darker earlier during wintertime. Our 'clocks' are a convenience; the seasonal cycle of day and night is what's real. 🤷

I had to feed my dog an hour earlier, not because he was hungry then, but because work starts an hour earlier. :/

@lifewithtrees we only change later this month, but personally I don't mind, because I have the luxury of using my own definition of daytime
