Lawsuit names Austin mass shooter as Tesla employee accused in earlier assault

The lawsuit, filed March 5 in Travis County district court, alleges Tesla employee Ndiaga Diagne attacked a co-worker over 65 years old during a workplace break on Dec. 4, 2025.
