Bad (good?) news. Nothing changes. Except now you can get tried as an adult for crimes, you can and should vote, and it’s illegal to sleep with half the people you know until they also turn 18.

You might stop being a minor overnight, but you don’t become an adult overnight. It’s a gradual process and honestly you barely notice.
glibgYour 20s can be a lot of fun! You’ll always look back at them as the time when your body didn’t have weird aches and pains, so enjoy it!

Hard to suggest stuff without knowing what you’re into, but I’d definitely echo the comment by u/eyes about doing something active, preferably regularly like once or twice a week. Team sports are good for this, or if you’re not a sport-type you might try hiking or volunteering with local nature orgs.
Let your interests guide you and meet as many folks as possible. Lots of friendships to be made in your new adult life.
