Explanation: Despite the polities of Poland and Finland being strongly anti-Bolshevik after separating from the Russian Empire, both of them refused to take the side of the Whites (conservatives) in the Russian Civil War. This in no small part because both countries had spent hundreds of years under the Russian yoke, and the White leadership being overwhelmingly imperialist in their outlook - up to and including refusing to recognize the independence of Poland and Finland.
