Keith@flyingsaceur this is why I’m not an “Effective Altruist” anymore. Also why my meta ethical beliefs went from “utilitarianism is probably the best ethical theory” to “utilitarianism has deep flaws and cannot ground moral reasoning.”
@keydelk yeah, it all boils down to to Bonaventure’s proof of the existence of God, as in “the greatest imaginable good must be right” instead of “the greatest imaginable being must exist”. Best story wins
