I consider the stomach pain which my diet inflicts upon me to be further proof of my regal dedication to my obesity.

The stomach is required to obey the Queen and pack all of the various sweet and fatty creams that she has her fat snout filled with into more excess adipose. It does not get to refuse. The Queen's will is law, and her will demands she be fattened into a majestic mountain of royal obesity, and she will back up her digestive system with as many dairy fats as she must to achieve her goals.
