Chad McCulloughI've been a Linux user for more than 30 years but I am really close to moving to FreeBSD as my daily OS. So many Linux distribution projects are, in some fashion or another, allowing the use of AI within their project. It's like the decision makers for projects are ignoring the ethical issues with AI and its use. I will never support this. I don't care how "helpful" people think AI is or will be.
Is FreeBSD as easy as Linux to use as a daily OS? No, not yet. But it's getting closer every single day. I will, of course, never move away from Linux 100% but will be keeping an eye on projects and how they use AI.
