threadly reminder: Managers are class traitors.
If you work for someone, and they are not paying everyone the dividends they yield, you are oppressing your workers.
Only when the yields of production meet the work being made, are folks compensated for their actual labor.

A good “manager” unionizes and solidifies with the workers. Intersect against your robber.

They’re just employees of the shareholders, same as all the other employees. They don’t have that kind of power.

Learn what solidarity means first, and how they do not intersect.

“Shareholders” need to payback owed yields. “Managers” need to support getting the workers’ stolen yields. They have many tools in their disposal to intersect, otherwise the work can be ceased.

Relax, you don’t have to lecture people.
