YET ANOTHER piece of software that does not know how to do releases properly. There's a reason semver exists, and if you use x.y.z people WILL assume it's semver.

Let's just do a minor release that requires a php version that's not available in any current debian or ubuntu release. Not even debian sid has 8.5! Ubuntu 26.04 will apparently get 8.5, but that's still over a month until its release!

@kunsi even better if they do it for a security release... yes this did happen to me :/
