Generally, men’s mental health improves through action, even if it’s physical activity. Things that are tangible and measurable.

IMO it’s also why western medicine sucks at men’s mental health, their solutions are usually finding ways to be okay with a bad situation

When the advise is “exorcise” and people only think of running on a treadmill or some shit.

Go rock climbing (indoor gyms are very welcoming)

Build a shed

Split firewood

Bludgeon a billionaire

Make a garden in your backyard

Learn to make rope

Physical activity doesn’t need to be boring as fuck or so completely draining physically.
