Strictly 410 - 430 MHz and the devices predate DMO, so they only work in TMO mode with infra.
Until TETRA-BlueStation these were worth essentially nothing to anyone who's not a radio collector.
And even then you could barely give them away.

The handset is some UHF band Nokia made MPT1327 radio.
