The SRP Board election is days away! This private election will determine whether we control our energy future or big corporations and billionaires do! We’re addressing postcards to remind people to get their ballots in before April 7th for this SRP-run election. This small effort can have a huge impact… even stop AI data centers and rate hikes! It will determine the future of consumer-friendly solar and other clean energy programs. It’s serious work but we always have fun doing it together! We’ll provide everything to complete this task. Good food and drink is available for purchase. A core principle behind all Desert Democracy events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
