For Christmas, my wife bought me two classes at SF’s Dandelion Chocolate.
I did the single origin Brownie class the other night, and it was very fun.
Well paced, enthusiastically taught, and you head home with a pan of brownies you made yourself, from one of three choices of single origin chocolate, that you got to taste test and compare.
Really recommend for anyone local or visiting SF.
