@carlton 3D printing analogy is great.

3D printing is useless in plenty of domains. There are places where it has become useful thanks to advances in techniques! But still… you see a lot of people 3d printing out things that could have just been some small planks glued together (in much less time)

@carlton this sort of “well I have my hammer and this is nail shaped” behavior is so prevalent with AI stuff. Like people spending hours trying to get the tool to do all the steps, and when I open the box it takes me 3 minutes to resolve.
