Over a million U.S. deaths later, Sir Stable Genius, who slowed testing down so as to have lower numbers of cases to show, is reincarnating his genius ostrich strategy. Now he has slowed down (stopped) forewarning local law enforcement about possible/imminent retaliation from abroad in response to his unilateral invasions. ("Special operation"!)
