There are unconfirmed reports that they are investigating whether the ship has violated sanctions regulations or transported environmentally hazardous goods without a permit.A temporary restricted area has been established around KBV 003 and the suspected ship. Other shipping is being redirected in consultation with the Maritime Administration.
