@redsad people who say "only cowards block people" just say that because their feeling are hurt that they got blocked and now they're questioning what their purpose is. That's existential dread on their part and not your responsibility, because you're not they're therapist.

It's also because you take away what they desperately need: attention. Some people learned to only go for negative attention. Or to always be "in the right" (because nobody wants to talk to them and ends the conversation quickly). No matter the reason, it is mostly a huge lack of something on their part.

@t_robinart @redsad yeah, you're right. I really feel like they're just lashing out because they feel their social circles shrinking, but they're too stubborn and emotionally inept to look inward and realize what that is. That's not on us doing the blocking though.
