Speaking of men and mental health.

Generally, men’s mental health improves through action, even if it’s physical activity. Things that are tangible and measurable.

IMO it’s also why western medicine sucks at men’s mental health, their solutions are usually finding ways to be okay with a bad situation

It’s a good point. I do usually hear “Exercise is really good!” which is true, but motivating someone to exercise is the real trick. So finding that special thing that will make someone want to move around a lot should be the focus.

For me, I have found a non-intuitive one: 3D printing. Lotta lifting and carrying as I get my workspace set up, rearranging stuff, etc.
