In the contract negotiations this time, there was a single condition I demanded that was not negotiable if they wished to employ my services. Agreed verbally. Job started. Employers promptly ignored promise made to me and the situation I was attempting to work around for my own mental heath and the quality of the work played out exactly as I feared it would.
I'm at a loss to know what more I could of done, given that I am the person that I am, know my limitations, made clear what I was capable of, and not capable of.
The job was completed - not to my satisfaction - probably not to the employers either - but it has been signed off now. Possibly because I had to behave like the unreasonable unprofessional psychopath to get the job done. It was necessary as the project was being set up to fail and I would have been held responsible in any case.
There were no good options left.
I will say nothing more, and I certainly wont go into identifying detail, but my faith in humanity... I don't know what that is any more
