Do any of you recall the account of the Tooter behind the MyGov Authenticator source review, that’s now at the Administrative Review Tribunal? (https://openmygov.au)

Interesting development in the myGov platform and iOS app - as of yesterday, they’ve just updated it to support TOTP Authenticator apps.

May just help blow a bigger hole in the NatSec argument used against release, given they now support a second public ‘standard’ for authentication; and could even flag the eventual demise of their Authenticator app.

Yep, I just set it up via web. This is what they should done at the beginning!!! The fact the myGov Code Generator app ever even existed is a sad joke.

The timing of this is impeccable.
