Mark Twain once said, “I have spent most of my life worrying about things that never happened.”

So the question is...“Are you a worrier?” We all are to some extent, but some of us can go to extremes from distress to distraught in 5 seconds. Let’s take a look at it. Worrying is a great thief of time. It’s always the worst possible thing that comes to mind. One of the reasons we worry is because we feel powerless to control our future.
