Earthshineannual performance reviews giving me imposter syndrome... lots of accolades and bonuses this year I'm not sure I deserve but I'm definitely not going to turn down the money right now as I could use every cent.

@Elbrar Does your company know you're leaving yet or do you still need to make it look like you care through the process? In my case once the bonus letter is signed today it shouldn't matter if I left tomorrow I would still get it, but I think they know I have nowhere better to go.
@earthshine not yet, and my team is already losing someone at the end of the month… I might have some leverage to work remotely if I don't find anything before I have to move.
