Trying vocalinux for speech to text in my Debian-testing box. Works like a charm. Just type CTRL twice, speak, CTRL twice again, and text is produced.

Works with all applications. Recognizes Spanish and English without apparent problems. Everything running on my laptop, no external model used. Works on CPU.

For me, this is going to be a game changer.
