it's crazy how almost all of the newly built homes, apartments and other buildings in Texas are almost all made out wood and particle board.

I've seen entire large apartment buildings slapped together in less than 3 months, it looks like they're building something with sticks as they piece it together, it's no wonder homes burn down so fast now.

@cyberboy the only good thing on those are the margins for the developers

  • These cartboard buildings are illegal in #Germany due to violating basically all #FireSafety and Engineering Standards applicable.
    • You'd have an easier time turning shipping containers into up-to-cide buildings with interior insulation, adding windows, doors, plumbing and electrical installations.
