David Penington@andyjennings The claim it was unarmed is unsubstantiated & inconsistent with there having been gunfire exercises in MILAN-2024 & comes from one retired diplomat only, in every case I have seen.
The ship was 1400km from the Port the exercises were based in & was past Sri Lanka & headed for the Arabian sea, carrying four 300km range anti ship missiles & six light anti submarine torpedoes
