If conflicting statements reflect moving goalposts and attacks continue than no plan or ineffective actions should be suspect. This at least is not rocket science.

2/n …of short term functional outcomes as they relate to degraded attack and weapons production capacities that are of benefit to the region ( and indirectly #Ukraine). Together those issues and others comprise a much larger hairball. The approach here is to treat them separately. Also note the abuse of power issues existed before and independent of the current conflict for both the #US and #Israel
