Is there a known issue with uploading images?
The past two days, I've been getting the following errors attempting to add an image to my post:

502 Bad Gateway
413 Request Entity Too Large

This happens for new images and for attempting to add an image that had been previous accepted. The image sizes are mostly <2.5MiB Thanks!

@kevinbowen @hachyderm @hachyinfra Oh, hey, I recognize that issue! Yeah, same here.

I'm guessing that one of the proxies has some bad nginx settings, but I'm not on the Hachyderm infra team.

Yeah...Initially I figured it was a PEBKAC issue and would just wait a day.
Finding the open gh issue made me feel less alone. 😆 Thanks!
