Soldiers and soft boiled goose eggs

Anchovy butter? Sounds funky

It’s tasty.

Anchovy butter
1 stick unsalted butter, softened.
¼ cup parsley, minced
2 anchovy fillets, rinsed and minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced.

  • Fold everything together in a bowl.
  • Transfer to plastic wrap.
  • Wrap tightly
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour.

It only needs two fish out of a tin so make sure you have a recipe ready for the rest of it. My leftovers are going on pizza. Caesar salad is also a good one even though it isn’t part of the original recipe.
