My great business idea: I'm going to make a company to make only the finest peanut butter using simple, natural ingredients: peanuts, and salt.

Then, I'm going to add something called an "emulsifier" to keep the oil from separating, so that it doesn't suck.

@peterb Oddly enough, just 30 minutes ago my mother out of the blue was complaining about a “natural peanut butter" that she accidentally bought and how much it sucked compared to "normal" peanut butter because of how it separated and had to be stirred before each use.
