Based on my understanding, a user whose age is marked as 21 shall be deemed to have actual knowledge of the age range of the user to whom that signal pertains across all platforms. Thus, if you tell your OS that you’re 21, you should be allowed to order alcohol and have it shipped to your house, with no additional information. Age verification is a two-way street.
I’m sure they won’t allow that, though.
