Sean Harding@atpfm Serious question: what is the use case for 120 Hz on a display, outside of gaming? Is it just the smoother scrolling and stuff? And if I can't notice the difference on an iPhone is there any reason to expect that I'd notice the difference on a 27" display?
vandorb12@sharding @atpfm you WILL notice the difference between a 60Hz panel and a 120Hz one, even in office productivity. I cannot go back. I refuse to go back.
@vandorb12 @atpfm I don't notice the difference at all in 120 Hz on my phone (I can toggle it on and off and can't tell any difference at all), and I also don't notice it going back and forth between my MacBook Pro (which I *think* does 120 Hz? I can't even remember) and my existing Studio Display. Which is why I am doubtful...
