Not thinking about orgasm and cumming genitally/physically "hands free"- I mean I feel the same feeling like I'm climaxing or have climaxed *in my brain* instead of a physical orgasm in my genitals. I also have the ability to climax the "usual" physical ways(sex, masturbation). I looked online but just found people that have hands free genital climaxes.
