I just finished The Regicide Report by the venerable @cstross — I’ve been reading this series and every short story and the TTRPG and tweet/toot since the beginning.

What an ending!

I almost can’t believe it’s over. I really enjoyed the New Management trilogy. The early stories: Atrocity Archives and Jennifer Morgue. The Rhesus Chart. The Nightmare Stacks! Dead Lies Dreaming!

Bravo, Mr. Stross. An epic under taking and one of my favourite fiction series of all time. Thank you!

@agentultra @cstross I totally agree. I had to stop listening to the audiobook version and read it myself in order to not miss anything. BTW what is the correct pronunciation of Phibes? The audio book says it like it rhymes with beeps. In the intro to the Dr. Phibes film on youtube they pronounce it like vibes.

I'd never considered any other pronunciation. But in a country where "Featherstonehaugh" is pronounced "Fanshaw", and having Mullach Choire MhicFhearchail in my mapping area ... "considered" is lightweight.
