Will Browar 👨🏻‍💻@chris22smith I feel like it’s less about time and more about showing you meet the requirements for whatever is being called “senior”. So maybe more company culture.
I would say it would seem sus if someone is 2 years into their web dev career and is already calling themselves a senior developer, but around 5 or so years isn’t unheard of.
@wbrowar Yes, totally agree, but there's still a number at which it sounds normal or unusual to others in the industry.
