Boy, that was fun. It looks like the latest versions of #boto3 from #aws aren't compatible with #Hetzner #s3. I had to pin them to v1.42.59.

@lenzgr Y'know with the gift of hindsight, I may have just won the "service degradation" lottery. Hetzner announced that due to increased demand they had to degrad the service for the Nürnburg S3. And my A/B testing just happened to bounce between success and failure with those versions. It seems like it's not quite as degraded as it was so I might try upgraded as a course of normal software development...
