It’s disturbing that lists.gnu.org throws an “access forbidden” to Tor users. We expect that kind of treatment of privacy-hostile agencies, not a GNU project.
They may or may not have a good reason for blocking #Tor, but it’s the manner in which they block us that is off.
A 403 error message need not be a rude and undignified “access forbidden”. It could respect our #dignity, and say something like “we’re sorry we cannot give Tor users access because we are under attack from Tor”.
A #GNU project should set a good example of conduct.
