@mattsheffield @petrillic not really the message I am getting from the article. All 3 were in a position to forego funding research, one did a web search before a PR firm suppressed any bad past, one had a mom with enough time and reach to advise him, and one was married to @JenLucPiquant, but in the end just sensible to weapons-grade sexism himself when he saw it.

Interesting article, but in the first example I don’t see any advice from women… are you assuming his assistant was female or something? (It didn’t specify that I could see).

But I appreciate you sharing the article, despite not aligning with your conclusions. 🙂

@Carolee Regarding the first person mentioned, I am assuming that some of the colleagues were women. That seems highly likely.
