Thinking of moving to Canada. As a New Englander, where in Canada would I be happiest? I don't speak French, and I like cities and bookstores.

Oh, and I'm also on the older side of life, so I should probably have access to health care. I heard that some part of Canada has been cutting way back on the national health system? Kind of going American?

@Air_Quotes_Comedian I'm not sure. They allow Americans to get Canadian citizenship if their grandparents were Canadian citizens, and that's what my family is looking into.
