We visited the Biosphere2 when visiting a couple of years ago and I found that interesting… of course I remember when they built it and so confidently locked themselves in the 80s. It’s a little out of town but a couple hours in interest.
Also enjoyed hiking up into the mountains and a visit to the botanical gardens
