Hey, transit committee members, can you ask why @[email protected] IT updates / service interruptions can be scheduled for 10 pm but they cannot be scheduled for 3 am? Or better yet, why our IT structure doesn't have a live failover setup so it has no downtime during updates? #Its2026 #OttPoli

Ask what the North American Transit industry KPI is for uptime on customer facing IT systems. The city needs to contribute to and use benchmarking. Possible groups: American Bus Benchmarking Group (ABBG) Benchmarking Group of North American Light Rail Systems (GOAL)
