I usually get into Province House through the "back" door there in the second photo (Granville St side) but not today. Keeping to myself across the street the last couple of days...

@misterchrisjones I feel like people would be much more sympathetic to the Government if they weren't spending so much in other areas, while simultaneously making policy decisions that reduce the government's own income.

And, you know, actually answering questions...something that they seem to becoming more and more adverse to. 😑

I'm thinking they might have misjudged the public's mood and thought because of their pill numbers they wouldn't get as much push back as they are.

The creativity is amazing to see ♥️

@javensbukan You've summed it up perfectly. Bizarre decisions, massive unbudgeted spending, then oh we gotta fix this deep cuts. It's hard to wrap your head around it all. Like, how did it some to *this*?

@misterchrisjones 1000%. A lot of the spending is actually badly needed (like Healthcare) but I feel they were far too hasty to cut taxes like they did and then buy the financial money pit that is the Halifax Harbour Bridges - all hoping that the good times would always continue.

They seem to lurch from one issue to the next with no coherent strategy beyond buzzwords and glossy videos.

Then, treat the press and the public with outright contempt when they ask where our money is going. It's staggering to see the Premier have such a hostile attitude.
