This Ferrari has been parking in this spot illegally for over a year now. Regularly gets a ticket. But the owner does not care. Still cheaper and more comfortable than the parking garage 150m from this spot.
@bitboxer Easily fixable by increasing the fine for every repeat offense, or by simply confiscating the vehicle.
Alternatively, in Switzerland the fine one gets for certain offenses, such as extreme speeding, is determined by a person's income. A millionaire quickly owes the state several thousand francs or even more. This usually works quite well.
