#KiCad 10 is in release candidate, and the list of new features is staggering. Personal favorites:
- Grouped graphics can be rescaled (great for silk)
- Footprints can actually use inner layers without hacks
- Shapes can have hatched fills
- Unified and powerful trace length/impedance/prop-delay
